All travel arrangements must be made with Travel agent company and follow their policies and terms. We are not responsible for any bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling of your travel accommodations.
We are only responsible for organizing and providing everything related to pickleball games and Taty Pickleball parties.
If you late on cruise -there is no refund.

Cancel fee less than 60 days -100%
If you cancel your trip less than 60 days in advance, there will be no refund because we can not replace you in such short notice.

All lessons and extra services with the Pickleball Coach must be booked and paid before the cruise departure.

If you are unable to attend the cruise
If weather conditions prevent us from conducting lessons or video analysis
If scheduled sessions cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control
You will receive a 100% full refund.

If you miss your scheduled session due to personal reasons
If you feel unwell because of personal choices (for example, too many drinks the night before)
If you change your mind onboard after group fees and court reservations have already been paid
In these cases, payments are non-refundable, as group pricing and court time are reserved and prepaid in advance.
We operate professionally and fairly — your commitment secures your spot, and we commit fully to delivering quality instruction and improvement.
