This website is operated by Neilson and Neilson LLC. Dba Old School Pickleball club, Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Old School Pickleball Club. Old School Pickleball Club offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By participating in any of our services, including private lessons, round robins, tournaments, cruises, and pickleball retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in sports and travel. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of physical injury during lessons, tournaments, or travel-related events.

You agree to waive all rights to sue Old School Pickleball Club, its owners, coaches, agents, or affiliates for:

Any injuries sustained during lessons, events, or travel

Any accidents or incidents occurring on court, during cruises, or during travel

Any cancellations or changes in travel, lodging, or transportation

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private Lessons: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Tournaments: No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions such as rain, hurricanes, snow, tornadoes, wind or war.

Travel-Related Events: All travel bookings, cruises, and retreats are managed by Wind Rose Travel (Agent: Natalya Zherebeva) or other independent travel agents. Old School Pickleball Club is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling of travel plans. No refunds will be provided by us for changes made by third-party travel agencies or unforeseen events affecting the trip.

3. Use of Photos & Media

By participating in our events, you grant Old School Pickleball Club the right to take photos and videos during activities. These may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information beyond the agreed-upon promotional content.

4. No Legal Action Clause

By participating in our services, you agree:

Not to file any legal claims or lawsuits against Old School Pickleball Club for any incidents involving injuries, cancellations, or changes to travel or events.

That all disputes, if any, must be resolved amicably and without legal proceedings.

5. General Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain good sportsmanship and respectful behavior. Old School Pickleball Club reserves the right to remove any individual from an event or deny services for inappropriate behavior or violation of policies.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
